EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A one page description of who you are, what you sell and who you will sell to. You should also include a brief summary of financial projections and any other relevant factors that make your business stand out. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS

A description of the business, what products or services the business provides, and the objectives of the business.  In addition, where relevant or applicable, the plan should describe the manufacturing or production process, the inputs required, and the supply sources.

 
 

COMPETITION EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT

A comprehensive market analysis that includes an assessment of competitors (names and why you can compete with them) along with the strengths and weaknesses of these competitors. This has to be a detailed analysis that includes financial data and looks at the competitors’ products, services, and pricing structure.

 
 

MARKET ASSESSMENT AND RESEARCH

You must describe your target market, who you expect to sell your product or service to, and why.  We will conduct market research and add it to your plan.
